Thanks once again to Jacqui Gilliatt of bloody relations for unearthing yet another family law blog (where does she find them?). Pink Tape is written by a "barrister practising mainly in family law". She says: "I’d love to think that this blog will persuade at least one person we aren’t all the money hungry sharks you think we are." Well, you can only hope.Incidentally, for non-lawyers 'pink tape' is a reference to the pink ribbon that we solicitors use to tie up the instructions we send to barristers.
But why is it PINK tape? Why not blue,or green?
