The Times reports today a small victory in its on-going campaign against what it considers to be 'secrecy' in the family courts:
"Details of private family court proceedings that led to a mother fleeing the country with her son after he was placed in foster care have been disclosed after legal action by The Times." Having read the report, I'm not sure what has been achieved by this victory, but no doubt
The Times is satisfied.
