You can fool some of the people,some of the time...Mine is signed by Lord Denning, which was something that always pleased me,before these matters were delegated to functionaries.And don't start me about the practising certificate,which now looks like a school cycling proficiency award.Harumph.
Yes, I always wished mine was signed by Lord Denning - I just missed out.Agree entirely about the practising certificate - not that I have one any more!
