The challenges ahead

I wrote a post a few weeks back musing over whether there was a future for family lawyers. Today, the Law Society Gazette runs an article on a similar theme - the challenges that lie ahead for family lawyers. The thrust of the article is that things are going to be tough, and some will certainly not survive, but that there will be opportunities for those who are prepared to innovate. Recommended reading for all who intend to still be practising family law five years from now.
