If the Daily Mail disagrees with something, usually means it is a good thing in my book.
The point is not what the Daily Mail thinks of it, but what it looks like to the general public.

If it needs to be pointed out, I am not sure it is that important.
:-) It only needs to be pointed out to some people. Clearly, most readers of the Daily Mail and the other papers running this story have no problem getting it.More self-inflicted damage for the judiciary.
