Mostyn's "working from the beach" regime was sanctioned by his boss, the President of the Family Division, Sir Nicholas Wall.Isn't the buck supposed to stop at the top?It is of little surprise that Wall allowed Mostyn to conduct serious judicial duties via the telephone and internet. After all, Wall believes that loving, wholesome and meaningful parent/child relationships can be conducted "virtually" on the internet (Re W). In any event, when passing judgment over the well-being of my child, I want my judge to be fully clothed and sat in a court room, not lounging in a hotel bedroom in Speedos and flip-flops!Regards Bruno Ditri
I think this should refer to the next post, but thanks anyway.
