As regular readers (you really should get out more) will know, I like to report on all the great ideas for enforcing child support coming from the US of A. The latest is the wheel clamp. Nothing too unusual about that you might think, but this is a clamp with a twist. It has spikes in it. If the recalcitrant parent attempts to drive their car away without coughing up to have it removed, they'll end up with a flat tyre. Excellent.
