In Practice: "I will not be bullied by the SRA"

Solicitors Journal reports today that solicitor Chris Gadd, whose Southampton personal injury firm Christopher Gadd Limited was shut by the SRA in 2009, is to protest outside the SRA’s offices in Redditch this Wednesday. Gadd, who is suing the SRA for unlimited damages at the High Court, claims that the closure was “totally disproportionate”, and that the SRA failed to consider other options, or give him any warning.

During the protest, Gadd will be carrying various placards, including one which reads: "I will not be bullied by the SRA", and another directing people to a video on YouTube, which I presume is this one:
