The Family Justice Modernisation Programme: Sixth update of Mr Justice Ryder

Mr Justice Ryder
Mr Justice Ryder's sixth update on the progress of the Family Justice Modernisation Programme has been published.

The update is likely to be the last before his proposals for the modernisation of family justice are published at the end of this month.

The update is, in fact, the speech Talking About Reform, that he gave to the Public Child Care Law Conference on the 26th of June. As I am sure you have already read that speech (you have read it, haven't you?), I shall make no further comment here.
