Bank Holiday reading

Whether you agree with it or not, May Day bank holiday is almost upon us (personally, I think its purpose is to celebrate a certain person's birthday). Why not while it away reading Marilyn Stowe’s Family Law & Divorce Blog, where my posts this week include:

A safety net with a hole - Looking at the Full Fact report examining the claims and counter-claims regarding legal aid provision referred to in the BBC’s recent Panorama programme.

Mitigating the effects of the legal aid cuts - Looking at the FLBA paper Access to Justice in the Family Court.

What is the Privy Council? - A question made topical by the Bromfield decision this week.

Who said family law was easy? - A look at some recent difficult decisions facing the family courts.

Have a good May Day bank holiday weekend.
