The diverse world of family law

My posts this week on Marilyn Stowe’s Family Law & Divorce Blog covered a range of topics, illustrating the diverse world of family law:

Transparency: Closing the stable door after the horse has bolted - As demonstrated by the 'grandparents too old' case Re C.

The obligation to give full and frank disclosure - As demonstrated by the case KG v LG (No 2).

Father liable for child support despite not paying UK tax - The case CH v (1) Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, (2) DN (CSM) (Child support : maintenance assessments/calculations).

Another successful Barder appeal - The case WA v Executors of the Estate of HA & Ors.

Have a good weekend.
