To have and have not - New by me on the Marilyn Stowe Blog

It's been a short week for me on Marilyn Stowe’s Family Law & Divorce Blog, where my posts have included:

Litigants in person face a minefield - As demonstrated by the case Re F (Children).

To have and have not in the family justice system - In stark contrast to the plight of litigants in person, we have the case Joy v Joy-Morancho and Ors.

Children to remain with grandparents despite mother being fit to care for them - The old, but only recently published, judgment in Re T (Children).

Have a good weekend.
