As it was on the Marilyn Stowe Blog this week

As the new kitchen build draws to a close, I still found time to write a few posts for Marilyn Stowe’s Family Law & Divorce Blog this week, including the following:

When an unmarried father dies before his child’s birth is registered - As occurred in the sad case Re Pook (Declaration of Parentage).

What has and has not changed since the legal aid cuts - As indicated by the Family Court Statistics Quarterly.

A child arrangements application devoid of merit - As in SA v BO.

There are only losers in contested children disputes - As demonstrated by Re Q (A Child).

As they say, have a good weekend.
