Secret courts, a will and a child who has never been in this country...

It may have been a short week, but I had no shortage of things to say in my posts on Marilyn Stowe’s Family Law & Divorce Blog, which included:

Why the secret family courts narrative is so harmful - A follow up to my post last week, just to make it clear to the conspiracy theorists.

Husband allowed to contest validity of mother-in-law’s will - The case Randall v Randall.

A futile gesture? I hope not - Mr Justice Jackson's order in Re H (Jurisdiction), requiring a father to disclose the whereabouts of his son, last known to be in Afghanistan.

Have a good weekend.
