In my own words...

Well, not all of my posts this week on Marilyn Stowe’s Family Law & Divorce Blog were all my own words, but mostly. They included:

Baroness Deech’s Divorce Bill, in her own words - What she said at the second reading of the Bill.

A litany of procedural defects - In the case Iqbal v Iqbal.

It’s not the job of the courts to change society - Looking at the troubling case J v B (Ultra-Orthodox Judaism: Transgender).

How much child support am I entitled to? - I attempt to provide an answer.

Have a good weekend.
