Mostly about child support...

Child support was the dominant topic amongst my posts this week on Marilyn Stowe’s Family Law & Divorce Blog, which included:

Repeat after me: child support and contact are two separate issues! - The myth that keeps raising its ugly head.

Got money? Avoid child support by doing away with your income! - Mr Justice Mostyn's latest comments in the case Green v Adams.

Is the Child Maintenance Options service as effective as the government would have us believe? - Looking at the latest statistics from the DWP.

Should the Legal Aid Agency be able to thwart the will of the court? - The case J (A Child : Care Proceedings : Apportionment of Experts' fees).

Have a good weekend.
