The Hart of the matter

My posts this week on Marilyn Stowe’s Family Law & Divorce Blog mostly comprised a detailed look at the Court of Appeal's judgment in Hart v Hart. They included:

Calling the family courts ‘corrupt’ is the real dishonesty

Hart v Hart in detail, Part 1: Did the law get it wrong on pre-marital assets?

Hart v Hart in detail, Part 2: Encouragement for non-disclosers?

Further thoughts on Hart v Hart: Is a little more guidance required on financial remedies?

Have a good weekend.
