Grim tidings

Well, it wasn't all grim in my posts this week on Marilyn Stowe’s Family Law & Divorce Blog, which included:

Déjà vu: Mother’s rights breached by failure of Polish courts to enforce return orders - The ECHR case Oller Kaminska v. Poland.

The Courts Service: modernisation, or just mismanagement? - Which is it?

The capacity to marry and the consequences of marriage - The unusual case Re DMM.

Beware those with grim tidings of the divorcing hour - I lose the will to live.

Have a good weekend.
