Three cases, a consultation and... a hero

... that pretty well sums up my posts this week on the Stowe Family Law Blog, which included:

No return order did not breach father’s human rights - The ECHR case Royer v Hungary.

A few thoughts on the domestic abuse consultation - As the title says.

Wife fails in appeal against order recognising French divorce - The High Court case Mensah v Mensah.

A parental order, and a family law hero - Both in the case X (A Child : foreign surrogacy).

Have a good weekend.
