Some welcome improvements to enforcement of financial orders - The Government goes ahead with some of the Law Commission's recommendations.

Are prenuptial agreements no longer just for the wealthy? - I consider the question.

Court refuses to order return of child despite mother breaching order prohibiting removal - In the case AW v KJ.

A bit early, but have a good Summer bank holiday weekend.
