no-one is going to sweep into an o...</title><content type='html'>Dear Anonymous,&lt;br /&gt;no-one is going to sweep into an ordinary family home and say, &amp;#39;we&amp;#39;ve got a mercedes, give us your children&amp;#39;!&lt;br /&gt;The issue here was clearly that the child had been raised by the grandmother since birth and therefore to move the child to a new home would be a huge trauma and disruption. I don't know ...</title><content type='html'>My god ! What on Earth is going on?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don&amp;#39;t know the details of the case and the decissions may well be right, who knows? The issue that got me is that they have extended the Best Interest of The Child as &amp;quot;best&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Best what? Bed house, best dedicated time, best gardem, best schooling???
