Family Justice Council to hold its seventh Open Meeting on 19 October 2020
The Family Justice Council will hold its seventh Open Meeting on 19 October 2020, from 11.00am until 2.00pm by MS Teams. This will provide an opportunity for members of the public to see first-hand the Council at work. Full story: Family Law Week.
At its July 2020 meeting the Family Procedure Rule Committee considered the issue of service arrangements for applications for orders, and orders made, under Part 4 Family Law Act 1996 (FLA 1996 orders), particularly in light of the temporary restrictions that were then in place around bailiff service because of the Coronavirus outbreak.
