I am pleased to announce another new feature on Family Lore: the Family Law Guide (a permanent link can be found in the menu at the top of the page).
The Guide is intended to be a brief layman’s introduction to family law in England and Wales. It covers divorce, children disputes, financial remedies, domestic abuse, cohabitation, child support, nullity and public law cases.
As the Guide states, it is a work in progress - some sections are incomplete, and others may be expanded. However, I have published it in its present state, as it should hopefully already be useful to some.
Please feel free to link to the Guide, wherever you wish to provide free information to the public.
If there is anything that you think should be included in the Guide, or if you believe it contains an error, please let me know via the Contact Me form in the sidebar on the left (if the sidebar is not visible click/tap the ≡ symbol to the left of the blog title at the top of the page).
