Just a quick post to say that I have recently expanded both my Family Law Guide and my Family Law Glossary. The Guide now in particular includes more details regarding the new no-fault divorce system, and the Glossary now comprises nearly 200 definitions.
The Guide is intended to be a brief layperson’s introduction to family law in England and Wales. It covers divorce, children disputes, financial remedies, domestic abuse, cohabitation, child support, nullity and public law cases.
The Glossary contains definitions of common family law-related terms, and includes links to further information related to many of the definitions.
Both the Guide and the Glossary remain a work in progress. I will continue to expand or amend them, from time to time.
The Guide and the Glossary can be accessed via permanent links at the top of the blog.
Please feel free to link to the Guide and/or the Glossary, wherever you wish to provide free information to the public.
As usual, if there is anything that you think should be included in the Guide or the Glossary, or if you believe either contains an error, please let me know via the Contact Me form in the sidebar on the left (if the sidebar is not visible click/tap the ≡ symbol to the left of the blog title at the top of the page).
