Makes perfect sense to me...

Law and nonsense were the themes of my posts this week on Marilyn Stowe’s Family Law & Divorce Blog, which included:

Father’s rights breached by failure of Russian courts following abduction of children - The ECHR case McIlwrath v Russia.

Further thoughts* about family law in a post-truth world - Is transparency founded on the misconception that truth will always win?

Joined-up thinking on the courts, part 1: We need fewer courts - So they're closing them...

Joined-up thinking on the courts, part 2: We need more court time - So they're extending court opening hours...

Have a good weekend.
