Looking to extend your online reach?

Obviously, virtually all family law firms have an online presence these days. But how do you make yours stand out from the crowd?

Well, one of the best ways is with regular, unique, and useful content on your website. This will attract visitors to your site, and increase your 'Google ranking', putting you higher up in Google (and other search engine) search results. It will also create helpful content for clients, and potential clients.

The content can take any form that you wish, but typically it will be of one of two types:
  • Advice-type pieces, explaining points legal or practical matters that may be of interest to clients and potential clients; or
  • News-type pieces, to keep readers informed about the latest developments in family law.

Obviously, the content must be authoritative, which really means that it must be written by an experienced family lawyer, rather than by someone who just creates search engine-optimised content. However, it does still need to be written in such a way that search engines will be 'attracted' to it.

This is where I can help.

I practised as a solicitor, specialising in family law, for nearly a quarter of a century. I started writing this blog in 2006, which I believe makes it the first family law blog in this country. In 2009 I stopped practising, in order to work freelance as a writer on family law matters.

Since then I have created online content for a number of law firms and other family law-related organisations, all across the country - literally thousands of pieces. In fact, I very much doubt that any other family lawyer in the country has written more!

In the course of this writing experience I have learned many of the 'tricks of the trade' when it comes to search engine optimisation.

I can create content for you.
