POPADIC v. SERBIA - 7833/12 (Judgment : Article 8 - Right to respect for private and family life : Second Section) [2022] ECHR 723 (20 September 2022)
Case concerning the allegedly protracted length of matrimonial proceedings which prevented the applicant from fully exercising his parental responsibility over his son to include overnight and holiday contact, without relevant and sufficient reasons being adduced for limiting his contact rights throughout the proceedings.
